Shipping Locations 

We currently offer delivery services t o all serviceable pin codes within India . At present, we do not provide shipping services to locations outside India. 

Processing Time 

All orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, starting from the successful order confirmation date. 

Once the order is processed, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant order and shipment details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard delivery service usually completes shipments within 3–8 business days, allowing your selected fashion items to reach you within a reasonable timeframe. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient absence, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers may contact us to request another delivery attempt. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If you receive a parcel in damaged condition, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic proof of the damage. 

In situations where an order is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier service and proceed with a replacement or refund once verification is completed.
